Reseller inventory and profit tracking, without the spreadsheet
Most resellers start in Excel or Google Sheets and outgrow it: multi-item hauls do not fit in rows, formulas break, and nobody updates the sheet on a Saturday at a car boot sale. Flippo records every purchase, every item and every sale, and works out your real profit for each one - including fees, shipping and everything else you spent.
What Flippo does
- Profit and ROI per item, measured against what you actually paid
- One row per physical unit, so "mark this one sold" means something
- Sales recorded across eBay, Vinted, Depop, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace or a local handover
- Photograph a haul and let the AI identify the items and estimate what they resell for
- Days on hand and sell-through, so you can see what is not moving
- Business expenses and a Profit & Loss report you can export to PDF or Excel
Flippo is not a crosslisting tool - it does not post your listings for you. It is the part that tells you whether the flip made money.
Where you can use it
Flippo runs in any phone or desktop browser today, and that is the whole app: purchases, inventory, listings, sales, expenses and reports.
- iPhone app - submitted to the App Store, in review. Not downloadable yet.
- Flippo for ChatGPT - submitted to OpenAI's app directory, in review. It will let you record a purchase, log a sale or ask what last month earned after fees, in plain language, against your own Flippo account. Not live yet.
- Android - after the iPhone app.
